Don't walk run to see Dr. Dette! I waited too long to get relief! When I was in my teens I had back surgery for scoliosis to "fix" it. I never had any issues until about two years ago (I just turned 64) with constant pain in my hips and legs. I was told by doctors never to go to a Chiropractor because of the rods in my back. Previously doctors diagnosed me with arthritis/bursitis and offered lots of medication/steroid shots. I was taking Ibuprofen frequently to manage the pain which only worked for a day or so.
